1. For associates and customers requiring File Transfer Protocol (FTP) access, mms-export.com will
create a file access, username and password. The username will look like this:
username@mms-export.com.
For example:
If your name is John Doe your username would be johndoe@mms-export.com
This information will be specifically provided to you by mms-export.com through official e-mail
correspondence. Mms-export.com is the only one who can create or change usernames or passwords.
Please note that usernames and passwords are case sensitive.
2. Once you have been assigned a
username and password, you may
enter the FTP site via the access
button on our Website. You will see
this FTP client (Figure 1).
Enter ftp.mms-export.com and click
GO.

3. Enter your username as provided by
mms-export.com (Figure 2). Remember
usernames are case sensitive. Click OK.

4. Enter the password that was issued and click OK (Figure 3).

5. The client will connect to mms-
export.com’s FTP site and your
computer. On the left are the files
on your computer and on the right
is your access point on the FTP
site, containing files on mms-export.
com's system. You can now
choose the file(s) that you need
(images, video, etc.), click the
arrow pointing left, and place the
files on your system. Depending
on the file size and your Internet
speed, this can take any where
from a few seconds to several
minutes. (Figure 4)
Remember where you have placed
these files on your computer so
that you can easily retrieve them.

This FTP client is powered by Java. You will need the latest version of Java on your computer to use it.
